Using the MySquash Tournament Dashboard
The MySquash Tournament Dashboard provides a real-time visual display of Upcoming Matches, Active Matches, and Completed Matches - eliminating the need for manual whiteboards or spreadsheets.
To use it, you will need a PC connected to an external screen such as a TV or projector.
Prerequisites
To display matches on the dashboard, all matches must be scheduled using the Calendar function within MySquash.
Accessing Dashboard Links
- When viewing a tournament, open the Live Dashboard Links tab.
- If the tournament uses multiple clubs, each club will have its own dashboard link, showing only the matches scheduled at that club.
Dashboard Layout Options
There are two available layouts:
A. Upcoming
Displays one single list of matches ordered by scheduled time.
B. Upcoming by Court
Displays a section for each court with its upcoming matches listed underneath.
How to Select the Layout
- Open Competition Details.
- Click the Other tab.
- Scroll to Live Dashboard Layout.
- Choose your preferred layout.
- Click Save.
Displaying the Dashboard

- In MySquash, click Copy URL next to the desired dashboard link.
- Paste the URL into a new browser tab.
- Set your PC display mode to Extend.
- Drag the dashboard browser tab onto the second screen.
This allows you to run the tournament from your PC while the dashboard updates continuously on the external display.
How the Dashboard Updates During the Tournament
Active Matches
A match will move into Active Matches when:
1. Live scoring has started, or
2. You manually set the match status to In Progress:
- Go to Matches within the draw
- Open the match
- Change Status → In Progress
Score updates:
- Usually update live after every point
- If not, they update after each completed game.
Completed Matches
A match will appear under Completed Matches when:
- Live scoring submits the final result, or
- You manually enter and save the match score.
Troubleshooting
A. Match Locked in Live Scoring
If scorers open the wrong match or navigate incorrectly, the match may become locked.
Fix:
- Open the individual match.
- Change Status → Not Yet Played.
- Save.
This unlocks the match so scoring can resume.
B. Player Names Not Fully Visible
Depending on your screen size or resolution, long names may not fit.
Fix:
- Zoom out in your browser until names display correctly.
